Ask about our New "Small Boater's discount"!
We are now offering a special discount on our seasonal dock rentals to anyone
with a small boat! For only $1,200 you can now lease a floating dock at
Wheeler Landing if your boat is less than 24 feet long and does not have a
hookup for electricity or water. Ideal for jet boats, pontoons, or other small
craft! Only a limited number of these slips available. Ask for details now!

The above prices are valid for the 2007 season except for transient
reservations for the week of July 4th. The holiday day rate is an
additional $10 per night and there is a two day minimum stay. The
weekly rate is an additional $50 per week. All prices subject to
change without notice.
